Information you share

When you submit a booking, interest form, or contact message, we collect the details you provide, such as your artist name, Instagram handle, phone number, email address, city, package selection, and message. For bookings, we also keep booking and deposit-payment records.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to respond to you by email or SMS about BLACKOUT BARS inquiries, event interest, and bookings. We use booking and payment details to process your reservation and provide the performance service you requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.

Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated marketing messages. If you receive text messages from us, you may reply STOP to opt out or contact us for help. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential emails by contacting us; we may still need to send important information about an existing booking.

Keeping your information private

Your contact details are not published on the website. We use Lovable Cloud to store booking records, Google Sheets to organize paid bookings and interest submissions, Gmail to send and receive emails, and Stripe to process deposits. These providers process the information needed to deliver those services under their own privacy terms. We do not store full payment-card details; those are handled by Stripe.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. While we take precautions to protect your information, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Website chat and essential technology

If you use the Ask Us chat, your messages are processed through Lovable’s AI service to generate answers. Please do not enter payment-card details or sensitive personal information into the chat. The on-screen conversation clears when you leave; this does not mean the service providers instantly delete their processing records.

The website, embedded Instagram videos, and Stripe checkout may use cookies or similar technology needed for their services. Third-party services handle their own technical and usage data under their privacy policies.

Your choices and requests

We keep information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
