Booking, payment, and performance terms for BLACKOUT BARS artists.

Booking your performance
BLACKOUT BARS is a traveling mic performance series for independent and emerging artists. Provide accurate contact and booking details so we can reach you about your event. A submitted form alone does not secure a spot; your deposit must be successfully paid and your booking confirmed.
Packages and payment
Our packages are Single Performance ($150), Double Performance ($250), Triple Performance ($350). A 50% deposit is required to secure your performance. The remaining balance is settled in person on the shoot day. Any applicable $25 returning-artist discount is applied to that in-person balance, not to the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable except when BLACKOUT BARS reschedules the event date, as described in our Refund Policy. These are one-time bookings, not subscriptions.
Performance preparation
The microphone is not live. Bring your prerecorded songs and provide your tracks before the shoot so you can lip-sync to them on set. Each filmed performance is one song. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or permissions needed for the music and material you submit.
Recording and delivery
The package includes professionally filmed vertical 9:16 performances. We post an edited snippet on Instagram and TikTok and invite you to collaborate on the post. You also receive a download link to your full performance within 2–3 weeks at most. The Triple Performance package includes priority posting.
By booking, you understand that your performance is recorded and shared on BLACKOUT BARS social platforms as part of the service. Reach out before booking if you have questions about recording or posting. A booking does not promise a particular number of views, followers, industry opportunities, or a record deal.
City changes and rescheduled events
To request a different performance city, use our Contact form, DM @blackout.bars on Instagram, or call/text 682-331-0505. Contacting us does not automatically change your booking; we will confirm arrangements with you.
If we reschedule an event date, we will contact you. You may keep your spot on that event’s list for the new date or request a refund of your deposit.
