Refund Policy

Non-refundable deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to perform and secure your spot. Deposits are not refunded for an artist’s cancellation, change of plans, or request to switch cities.

Our only refund exception

If BLACKOUT BARS reschedules your event date, we will contact you. You can choose to stay on that event’s list for the new date or receive a refund of your deposit. This is our only voluntary refund exception, subject to any rights required by applicable law.

Reply to our rescheduling message or contact us to tell us your choice. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise an exact arrival date.

Changing your performance city

If you want to change cities, use our Contact form, DM @blackout.bars on Instagram, or call/text 682-331-0505. We will discuss the available options and confirm any change with you. A city-change request does not create a refund entitlement.
